Our tenants have access to an emergency maintenance call center and hot line that is operated 24 hours a day and seven days a week. They can call when there’s a problem at your property. If a pipe bursts somewhere, we’ll take care of it immediately, because instant action means less property damage. Immediate action saves you money and we keep you posted with ongoing communication.
When we have some delinquencies taking place, we shoot you the tenant ledger and tell you about the problem. We only want tenants who pay rent on time and we like to keep them paying on time. You’ll get the late fees we collect, so there is no incentive for us to get slow paying tenants.
